When it comes to buying or selling your home, most of us know that there are plenty of steps (well, let’s call them as they are—Hurdles) to overcome along the way. Now, I know I have only mentioned “Buyers” above, but, in all honesty, it’s also something Sellers need to be aware of too. Maybe something as simple as having a Pest Inspection done at the time that we list your property is a good thing. It then shows the buyers that you have taken care of the property you’re selling, and also gives them a peace of mind that this is something else they don’t have to do! We’ve all heard the saying, “Spend money to make money?” Who would like to get more $ in their pocket when selling their house for the sake a spending a few $ before buyer number 1 (and that’s all it takes, right?) falls in love with your home.
