Immunity and Processed Food

Processed and fast food include a who’s who of bad guys: dehydrated, reconstituted, genetically modified, sugar free, fat free, preservatives, artificial color, artificial sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup, MSG, hydrogenated fats…. all manufactured in the theoretical equivalent of refining oil into gasoline. And why are these killers used in processed food? Because Americans vote with their wallets and buy them, not understanding they are digging their own graves in the name of convenience.
Avoid These Four Industrial Ingredients
With all this being said, healthy really is easy. Avoid these four industrial ingredients for starters: high fructose corn syrup (a.k.a. corn sugar), hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils (margarine and Crisco), monosodium glutamate (MSG) and nitrites/sodium nitrites (killer preservatives). Become a label reader (get out your magnifying glass) and you will have taken the first step to reversing autoimmune disorders and chronic disease. You will be amazed with your results in this process of saving your life….and MONEY!
Healthy Really Can Be Easy!
By eating clean, whole foods: proteins (nuts, seeds, lean meats, poultry and seafood) and complex carbohydrates such as veggies (careful with potatoes) and fruits (unsweetened and very limited juice), healthy really can be easy!
