Community and Member Appreciation Day

Free Food, Body Fat, BMI Screenings, Aerobics, Wallyball and more…

In order to accommodate both our year round residents and our seasonal residents, we will be hosting two Community and Member Appreciation Days. Our first date will be Monday, June 18, 2012. The second date will be sometime in January 2013.

We will kick everything off at 5:30 AM, starting with coffee, muffins, fruit and other pastries for breakfast. We will be cooking on the grill for lunch and dinner. EVERYTHING IS FREE.

All day long we will be doing free blood pressure, body fat and BMI testing. A Physical Therapist will provide free assessments or answer any questions you might have concerning Physical Therapy. A Certified Personal Trainer will also be available to give FREE assessments, offer you free advice about a particular workout or simply help you start a new fitness routine. Robert and Denise, two of Port Charlotte’s best Massage Therapist will be available for Free Chair Massages thorough out the day.

We will also recognize our Health and Racquet Club members who have been with us since the doors opened in 2004. The ten members who have been here the longest are: Dave Leatherman, John Derr Jr., Bob Dicello, Katina Ferrari, Anthony Borden, John Christina Jr., Tim Heine, Arthur Lopez, John Mascue, Ron and Michelle Olson.

If you ever wanted to just try an Aerobics Class, train with a trainer, play Wallyball or simply stop by for food and ask a few questions, this is the time.

8:00 AM Step Class with Michelle
9:00 AM Aerobics with Michelle
10:00 AM Boot Camp with Ken
11:00 AM Senior Wellness with Lucho
12:00 PM Extreme Full Body Aerobics with Ken
1:00 PM Beginners Wallyball (2 hrs)
1:00 PM Wallyball for more experienced players (2 hrs)
5:00 PM Aerobics with Michelle
6:00 PM Boot Camp with Ken
6:00 PM Wallyball for Beginners until 9:00 PM
6:30 PM Weight Loss Seminar
7:00 PM Wallyball for experienced players until 9:00 PM
7:00 PM Group Training with Drew and Ken

Mark your calendars for June 18th for a full, fun day of FREE advice, exercise, testing, assessments and food.This event is free but you can’t put a price on your health. Stop by and try something new or just come in and browse. Remember everything is FREE and it doesn’t get any cheaper than free.
